Create PDF files from any document using CutePDF Writer

Portable Document Format (PDF) is the de Facto standard for the secure and reliable distribution and exchange of electronic documents and forms around the world. CutePDF Writer is a simple program that enables virtually any Windows applications (must be able to print) to create professional quality PDF documents – with just a push of a button!
CutePDF-Writer
Cute PDF Writer installs itself as a printer on your computer. This enables you to create a PDF document out of anything you can print, including PowerPoint presentations, Web pages, spreadsheets, and even screenshots. For example, if I wanted to convert a MS Word document to PDF, I would select print in the Word menu, and then select the Cute PDF Writer in the drop-down menu of printers. After sending it to print, a box pops up asking you where you want to store the PDF document.
There is a companion download that expands the utility of Cute PDF Writer, but it is ad-supported, so I don’t really consider it “free.” Cute PDF Writer requires the installation of Ghostscript, a small conversion utility, which is also available on the site.
How to use CutePDF Writer
To use CutePDF Writer, open the file that you would like to print to PDF. Select the Print option (usually found under File > Print), and select “CutePDF Writer” from the list of available printers. You will be prompted to select the destination directory and filename for your output file.
Download CutePDF Writer
You may download and install it separately. you can download CutePDF Writer now. As always, the download is free. I highly recommend checking this truly useful little program. For more details check the CutePDF writer’s Official Site
